Joan Parr is a San Francisco native who moved to Marin with her family in 1960. She has been a realtor in Marin since 1989 and a multi-million dollar producer since 1992.
Joan, being a Senior Citizen, has earned the national designation of “Seniors Real Estate Specialist” and understands seniors’ wants and needs. She devotes extra time and patience when helping seniors re-locate and/or down size. She is also well versed in complicated Trust, Probate and Conservator sales.
Out of town and out of State sellers can completely rely on her to take personal charge of every detail from preparing the home for sale to overseeing the escrow process while keeping in touch by phone and e-mail.
Joan’s family includes 4 children and 8 grandchildren. This “Life Experience” helps contribute to her expertise in finding the appropriate home for each family she represents.
